About Me

I’m Francis, a physician innovator with an entrepreneurial mindset based in the Bay Area, California. Thus far I’ve led a career spanning many functional roles in both the US & the UK. I consider myself lucky to have practiced medicine across a wide range of specialties in one of the world’s greatest health systems, the UK’s National Health Service. I’ve also spent a considerable amount of time on the business side of healthcare, working in product management and building a digital health company from an idea to a commercial product in the hands of practices and patients.

While my interests are broad, I have developed significant expertise in the fields of patient-reported outcomes, employer-sponsored health coverage and building clinician & patient facing software. There is nothing I enjoy more than working on complex and ambiguous problems with a motivated and talented multi-disciplinary team to bring high patient impact solutions to market.
